My product warranty?
At Lehnaa we are convinced of the quality of the products referenced on the site, which is why we offer you a Satisfaction Guarantee or Money Back Guarantee within 30 days after receiving your package!
Be careful After this period, the products will no longer be refunded .
All returned products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. If this was not the case Lehnaa would not be able to provide any replacement or refund.
To activate the guarantee, nothing could be simpler, send us your request by email (see contact below). Used or damaged products will obviously not be refunded .
What quality for the products purchased?
We created and tested all our products ourselves and we are delighted with them! This is also why we create our own collections!
The delivery time?
Delivery times are the same for all products, allow 3-5 working days on average, we create and ship all our products from France.
The costs?
All prices offered are inclusive of tax. So no worries or unpleasant surprises.
We take particular care to offer you the best quality/price ratio, which is why we can offer prices significantly lower than the market !
Error in your order?
You have purchased a product but you made a mistake or you have changed your mind, no problem, you have 30 days to inform us. We will make the exchange.
