Returns & Exchanges:


At Lehnaa, we do our best to ensure that you are satisfied, if you still wish to cancel or return an order, here is the procedure to follow.

Order cancellation policy:

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order for any reason, please email us at contact@lehnaa.com as soon as possible.
It is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel or modify your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of a modification. The latter can only be carried out if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to us with a tracking number, we will offer you a refund for your order or we will offer you reshipment, depending on your choice.

Return policy :

We accept returns whether you are dissatisfied or received a damaged order. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this returns form https://bit.ly/3x8rLKg .
Sign it then send it with your order to the address we will give you when you write to our support.

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements:

If you are within the 30 day return period we offer you 2 options:

1. Reimbursement

By default, you will receive a refund to the payment method used during your purchase.

2. Replacement of a wrong or defective item

We are truly sorry! Please send us an email to contact@lehnaa.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the problem (e.g. wrong/defective item)
  3. A photo or video

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, once processed, refunds appear on the payment method used within 48/72 hours.

How to return an item ?

Delivery :

Shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility. If you receive a credit, it will be for the amount you paid. If you have requested a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for your order.

If you wish an exchange: delivery costs will be our responsibility.

Warning :

We strongly suggest that you return the product to us with a tracking number as proof of return.
